Dr. Michelle (Van Vark) Jones was born and raised in Pella. After graduating from Pella Community High School and Central College, she went on to the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago to study optometry. It was there that she met Dr. Kevin Jones, a fellow classmate. Kevin was born in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, and completed his undergraduate study at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. After marrying in 2007, they completed their internships and began practicing.

After a few years of working at different locations around Iowa, Drs. Kevin and Michelle desired to return to Pella to be closer to family. They bought a house and moved back to Pella December of 2009, and had their first child, Ryker James, one month later.

In his spare time, Kevin is an avid water skier and movie-goer, and he also loves spending time with Michelle and Ryker. Michelle enjoys playing tennis, reading, and getting together with family.

Their love for optometry brought them together, and their love for Iowa brought them to Pella. They look forward to spending many years providing for your eye care needs.
